🏁🔥 ICL 358 Mod National Tour: Strawberry’s win #64, Perrego clocks second career quick time, Tournear bags career-best podium

Aidan Strawberry added a milestone victory—career win #64—by winning the feature after an elbows-out opening where he and Perrego ran side-by-side to decide control. Strawberry completed the race-winning move on lap two and never let the race get away. Perrego’s night was noteworthy for two reasons: he tied his career-best finish with P2 and, critically, he earned his second career quick time in qualifying, picking up the 1-point bonus that could matter in the late-season math.
Behind them, Dalton Tournear delivered a breakout drive to P3. It was his second career ICL start and his career-best finish, validating the speed he flashed the last time out and inserting him firmly into the conversation for late-season gains. Robert Hentschel’s P4—up five spots from the grid—continues a strong autumn stretch, while Robert Eversole’s P5 capped a tidy, points-rich run inside the top five.
The biggest movers came from deep in the sheets. Hentschel (9th→4th) and four-time ICL winner Jim Boniface (16th→11th, first start since January) split Hard Charger honors at +5 positions each, with Scott Kolm’s +4 surge (12th→8th) rounding out the night’s standout climbs. Just behind the podium group, Johnnie Tucker stayed on brand with a steady P6, and Matthew Shultz banked P7 after living inside the top ten all night. Aiden Snead (P9) and rookie Dolan Cole (P10) completed the top ten with clean, consistent pace.
In the standings, the 12-11-10 descending points format (plus 1 for quick time) magnifies every rung on the ladder as the calendar tightens. Strawberry’s win widens his cushion at the top. Perrego’s P2 plus the qualifying bonus takes a small-but-real bite out of what could’ve been a larger swing. Hentschel’s +5 climb on the night converts into another step toward the sharp end (now sixth), while Tucker’s P6 finish keeps him gaining and within shouting distance of the top five. With several rounds still to run, a single podium—or one more quick-time tick—can reshuffle positions three through nine in a hurry.
